My father was a fireman for around 30 years. Throughout my childhood, one of the great perks of having a fireman for a dad was that it meant you got pretty good access to the fire station… which is pretty cool when you’re a boy.
I can say, for sure, that the old fire stations in Ipswich NEVER looked this good…

Doc single sofa, sofa bed / bunk bed unit
This is one of those – why can’t we get this kind of thing in Australia – pieces. To be honest I can’t imagine too many homes where a sofa bed that converts to a double bunk might be useful (a divorcee dad with kids on weekends perhaps?) but regardless it’s pretty damned cool.
Not sure sure about that orange, but bonbon trading offers about thirty different colours and fabrics to choose from, which surely would satisfy even the most discerning buyer.
